SMS & Messaging Usage Policy
Operator Labs provides AI-powered voice and messaging infrastructure to support customer communications.
SMS messaging on the Operator Labs platform is strictly limited to informational and customer service purposes only.
i. SMS is not used to:
- Request or collect payment
- Communicate debt balances or account details
- Apply pressure, urgency, or payment demands
- Conduct outbound debt collection activities
ii. SMS may be used solely for:
- Call-back coordination
- Appointment or call reminders
- Opt-in confirmations and consent acknowledgements
- Informational notifications directing recipients to contact a live or AI-powered voice agent
All payment-related or debt-related communications are conducted exclusively via voice calls, where appropriate disclosures, consent, and regulatory requirements can be properly handled.Operator Labs requires documented recipient consent for all SMS communications. Every message clearly identifies the sender and includes opt-out instructions. Opt-out requests are honored immediately across all channels.
