Book a demo → Go-live by Dec 31 · One reward per organization
Your choice
iPhone DuoApple's first foldable. The largest iPhone display ever made.
iPhone 18 Pro MaxThe longest battery life in an iPhone, and a 48MP variable-aperture camera.

Model, storage and colour confirmed at fulfilment, subject to availability. If your organization can't accept a reward, we'll direct the equivalent value to a nonprofit you name instead — just tell us.

How it works

Four steps. No surprises.

  1. Book a demo. Thirty minutes. We'll show you agents working a live payer queue and answering real patient calls — not slides.
  2. Pick a workflow. We start with roughly 10% of the work, on one workflow, so you can measure it. Not a platform migration.
  3. Sign an annual agreement. Standard terms, no implementation fee.
  4. Go live before December 31. Typically four to six weeks. Once you're live, we send the phone.

The reward is tied to go-live, not to signature. That's deliberate — we'd rather reward the moment the work actually starts than the moment a contract is signed.

What we actually do

Both sides of the phone.

Operator Labs deploys AI voice agents that work inside the systems you already have. No data warehouse, no net-new interface, nothing for your team to learn.

Patient calls
Answered in two rings. At 7pm on a Friday.

Every inbound call answered, captured and booked — including the ones your front desk can't get to.

  • Intake and new patient scheduling
  • Rescheduling and cancellations
  • Reminders, confirmations and recall
  • Referral coordination
  • Inquiry follow-up and reactivation
  • 24/7, including evenings and weekends
Payer calls
Ninety-one minutes on hold. Not one of them yours.

Dial, IVR, hold, representative, appeal, documentation. The agent sits through all of it.

  • Eligibility and benefits verification
  • Claim status
  • Prior authorization
  • Denials and appeals
  • Payer portals and structured payer data
  • Outcomes written back to your system of record

Around 4% of calls escalate to your team, and they arrive with full context — transcript, recording and a structured outcome.

Who qualifies

Practices with real call volume.

This offer is for practices and groups where administrative call volume is a genuine constraint — not a nice-to-have.

Size
Ten or more people doing addressable administrative work — front desk, scheduling, intake, billing or AR.
Decision
You can authorize an annual agreement, or you're bringing the person who can.
Systems
We run natively inside several major practice and clinical platforms, and on phone and CRM alone where no integration is needed. We'll confirm yours on the call.
Timing
Live in production before December 31, 2026.
Not eligible
Existing customers, consultants and vendors evaluating the market, competitors, and government employees who can't accept gifts — though the nonprofit alternative is available to anyone.
Questions

Answered plainly.

What exactly do I have to do to get the phone?

Sign an annual agreement with Operator Labs and be live in production before December 31, 2026. That's it — there's no separate form to fill in and nothing to claim.

Once you're live, your account team confirms your choice of device and it ships. One reward per organization.

Why is it tied to go-live rather than signing?

Because signing is a decision and going live is the thing that actually matters. We'd rather the reward land at the moment your team starts getting calls off their plate.

Go-live typically takes four to six weeks from signature, so a September or October start comfortably clears the deadline. If you're signing in December, talk to us — we'll be straightforward about whether it's achievable.

Which iPhone do I get, and what if I want a different model?

The new foldable iPhone Duo or the iPhone 18 Pro Max. Storage, colour and carrier configuration are confirmed at fulfilment and subject to availability.

If neither works for you, tell your account team. We'd rather send something you'll use.

My organization doesn't allow employees to accept gifts.

That's common, and it's not a problem. Tell us and we'll direct the equivalent value to a nonprofit of your choice instead — or simply skip it, and nothing about the agreement changes.

Government employees, including county, state, VA and military staff, aren't eligible to receive gifts. The nonprofit alternative is available to anyone.

Do your agents actually make phone calls?

Yes. That's the whole company. On the patient side they answer inbound calls, capture intake, book appointments and handle reminders and recall — around the clock. On the payer side they dial, navigate the IVR, wait on hold for as long as it takes, speak with the representative, work the appeal, and write a structured outcome back into your system of record.

Roughly 4% of calls escalate to a human on your team, arriving with the transcript, recording and context attached.

Will this work with our practice management or clinical system?

We run natively inside several major platforms, and for many workflows we don't need an integration at all — phone and CRM are enough to start. We'll confirm exactly what applies to your stack on the call.

Your IT team can request our security packet — SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and BAA, ISO/IEC 27001, penetration test summary, data flow diagram, sub-processor list, and completed HECVAT and SIG Lite. We send it before anyone has to ask.

How much does it cost, and what's the commitment?

Pricing depends on call volume and which workflows you start with. We deliberately start small — roughly 10% of the work, one workflow — so you can measure the result before expanding. There's no implementation fee.

This offer requires an annual agreement. Your account team will walk you through pricing on the call rather than making you fill in another form.

Is it HIPAA compliant?

Yes. HIPAA with a signed BAA, SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001, and TCPA and Reg F compliant outbound practices. Calls are recorded and transcribed in line with applicable consent requirements.

We're already a customer. Can we get one?

This offer is for new customers, but talk to your account team. We're rarely accused of being no fun.
