The Founding Offer · Ends August 31, 2026

Your AR isn't the only thing that needs recovery.

Operator Labs AI voice agents dial payers, navigate the IVR, wait on hold as long as it takes, argue the appeal and write every outcome back into your system of record. Take a 30-minute demo before August 31 and earn a red-light therapy mask.

For hospitals · health systems · specialty clinics · FQHCs
home health · RCM & billing companies · MSOs · PE platforms

Based on 40–55% of a payer call spent in the hold queue. Same math, applied to your visit.

The offer

Thirty minutes. Real calls. No slideware.

A demo is a window into a live queue — agents dialing payers, holding, arguing appeals and logging structured outcomes while you watch. Our agent will already be on hold with a payer when you join.

Complete a qualified demo by August 31
Earn a red-light therapy mask.
  • You are director-level or above in revenue cycle, patient financial services, billing, finance or operations — or an owner or principal at an RCM or billing company.
  • Your organization has 25+ FTEs touching AR, or $10M+ in annual collections.
  • You join on camera for the working portion of the call. This is a working session, not a webinar.
  • The conversation identifies a real payer-call workflow we could evaluate — denials, claim status, eligibility, prior auth or patient collections.
  • Before the call ends, we agree a named next step: an action, an owner on your side, and a date. It doesn't have to be another meeting.
Vendor gift policy? Tell us and we'll donate the same value to your hospital foundation, or a nonprofit of your choice, instead. Government employees — including county, state, VA and military staff — aren't eligible for gifts; the donation route is, and the demo is yours either way.

One reward per person and per organization. Operator Labs reviews and confirms eligibility for every demo.

Who this is written for

The people who own the number.

If one of these is your world, the demo will feel uncomfortably specific.

Hospitals & health systemsCFOs and revenue cycle leaders watching 4–6% of net patient revenue age out before anyone can call.
Specialty clinicsPractice admins and billing directors whose backlog is really a hiring problem in disguise.
FQHCs & community healthTeams where every recovered dollar, and every hour off hold, goes back to the mission.

Collection agenciesHealthcare portfolios where liquidation is capped by agent hours. Reg F and TCPA compliant outreach.

Questions

Answered plainly.

Who qualifies for the reward?

Director-level and above decision-makers in finance, revenue cycle, billing, operations or executive roles, at U.S. healthcare organizations with 25+ FTEs touching AR or $10M+ in annual collections.

Beyond your role and organization, three things have to happen in the meeting itself:

  • You join on camera for the working portion of the demo. If a technical or accessibility issue makes that difficult, tell us in advance and we'll work with you.
  • The conversation identifies a real payer-call workflow we could evaluate.
  • We agree a named next step before the call ends — an action, an owner on your side, and a date. It doesn't have to be another meeting; a data pull or a stakeholder introduction counts.

Meeting these criteria doesn't by itself guarantee the reward. Operator Labs reviews and confirms eligibility for each demo. One reward per person and per organization.

Why the camera requirement?

Because this is a working session and it doesn't work as a webinar. We'll be looking at your workflow and asking questions about your operation, and we're on camera too. It also keeps the offer available to people genuinely evaluating rather than collecting.

My employer restricts vendor gifts. Or I work for a government facility.

Then tell us on the form, or at any point afterward, and we'll donate the same value to your hospital foundation or a nonprofit you name. Government employees — including county, state, VA and military staff — aren't eligible to receive gifts, and the donation route exists for exactly this.

The demo is yours either way, and nobody here will make it awkward.

When does the reward arrive?

Within 10 business days of your completed demo you'll receive an email with redemption instructions, and it ships to a U.S. address of your choice.

Does the AI really make phone calls?

Yes. That's the whole company. Agents dial the payer, navigate the IVR, wait on hold as long as it takes, speak with the representative and write a structured outcome — with recording and transcript — back into your EHR, PM or RCM system. Around 4.2% of calls escalate to your humans, arriving with full context.

HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, TCPA and Reg F compliant.

What happens after the demo?

Whatever we agreed. If the next step was a data pull, we'll send the hours math back within a day of receiving it. If it was a technical review, we'll bring the security packet — SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, data flow diagram and a completed security questionnaire — so your IT team isn't doing that work themselves.

Nobody will chase you weekly. The next step has a date on it because you set one.
