Who qualifies for the demo gift?
Director-level and above decision-makers in finance, revenue cycle, billing, operations, or executive roles at U.S. hospitals and health systems, specialty clinics, FQHCs, RCM/billing companies, collection agencies, PE firms with healthcare portfolios, and MSOs — at organizations with 25+ employees or $10M+ in annual collections. When does the gift arrive?
Within 10 business days of your completed demo you'll get an email with redemption instructions — pick from the gift menu you registered under (appliance or tech edition — the $250 Visa card is on both), and it ships to a U.S. address of your choice.
My employer restricts gifts (or I work for a government facility). Now what?
Government employees — including staff of county, state, VA, and military facilities — aren't eligible for gifts, and some private organizations restrict them too. In either case we'll happily skip the gift or donate the equivalent value to charity, and the demo is still yours. The hold-queue liberation is complimentary.
What exactly is the 1776 Challenge?
Sign a pilot order form by September 30, 2026 (minimum 90-day term; limited to 50 organizations) and three things happen: our AI agents work your first 250 payer or patient calls at no charge (up to $2,500 in value); if they don't secure at least $1,776 in documented, payer-confirmed recoveries within the first 30 days of live calling, all pilot fees are waived and you can exit; and your team picks a Founding Founders Club prize on signature. Is the prize really unconditional?
Yes — it ships within 5 business days of signature and is yours regardless of the pilot's outcome or whether you become a customer. The prize isn't a bribe; it's a bet that once you watch the agents work, the results will speak for themselves. Prizes are team-scale by design — Ninja gear for the office, an espresso machine for the break room, a catered cookout, or the Liberation Party (we cater your go-live celebration) — or an org-level account credit if you'd rather have margin than merchandise. Your tier is set by organization size, and if your gift policy says no, we'll convert it to a credit or donate the value to charity.
Does the AI really make phone calls?
Yes — that's the whole company. Agents dial the payer, navigate the IVR, wait on hold as long as it takes, speak with the representative, and write a structured outcome (with recording and transcript) back to your EHR, PM, or RCM system. 4.2% of calls escalate to your humans, arriving with full context.
